蔡清和道长，俗名蔡廷学，1976年4月出生于齐国故都山东淄博。自幼跟随其祖父蔡兆洛道长学习太公奇门、紫微斗数，经数年研究发明了道家三皇派紫微斗数。现为北京大道清和医学技术院院长，江阴市中道文化传播有限公司董事长，美国东方大学国学文化教授。同时担任国内多家上市公司风水顾问，策划专家。
Cai Qinghe was born in April 1976 in Zibo,Shandong Province,the capital of Qi state.As a child,he followed his grandfather,Taoist Cai zhaoluo,to learn from Taigong,Qimen and Ziwei Doushu.After years of research,he invented the Ziwei Doushu of the three emperor sect of Taoism.Now,he is the president of Beijing Avenue Qinghe medical technology college,the chairman of Jiangyin Zhongdao Culture Communication Co.,Ltd.and the professor of Chinese culture of Oriental University.At the same time,he served as Fengshui consultant and planning expert of many listed companies in China.

2000年，蔡清和道长拜师山东崂山太清宫主持刘怀元道长门下出家修道成为道教龙门金山派弟子，法名：清和，系统的学习全真道场法事，内丹心法。

2018年戊戌年正月十五，于道教祖庭龙虎山嗣汉天师府授箓拨职并由中国道教协会备案，成为正一天师派授职大法师，道教教职人员。
